1, stainless steel classification:
Chromium stainless steel, nickel-chromium stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, antibacterial stainless steel, non-magnetic stainless steel, magnetic stainless steel, and the like.
2, surface treatment:
(1) Natural whitening treatment: sand blasting method; chemical method.
(2) Mirror surface brightening: mechanical polishing; chemical polishing; electrochemical polishing.
(3) Coloring treatment: chemical oxidation coloring method; electrochemical oxidation coloring method; ion deposition oxide coloring method; high temperature oxidation coloring method; gas phase cracking coloring method.
How to choose these methods? This depends on the material, structure and surface of the stainless steel to choose the surface treatment method. Choosing the right method will achieve a good surface finish.
