First, industrial floor standards and treatment methods

1. 5. For wet ground, absorb water. Dry, sun light, hot air blow drying, burning, drying it to meet the construction requirements.

6. For the ground with old paint (such as emery ground and old paint ground), first remove the old paint with a special machine, and then treat the bad cement and corundum ground and coat the ground. After such treatment on the ground, the unstable old cement and corundum surface is removed and a rough surface is formed, thereby improving the adhesion of the new coating and increasing the service life of the coating floor.

(3) According to the coating quality level requirements, determine the total number of man-hours required for the number of workpieces to be puttyed, the number of grindings, and the number of spray-painted layers.

(4) Determine the dryness of the putty, primer, and topcoat, and whether the “wet-on-wet” process is used (not recommended, and natural drying is preferred). Calculate the number of hours required for drying time.

(5) According to the size and quantity of the workpiece, determine the single operation or collective operation, grasp the single and a small number of workpieces, and the man-hours required for different conditions of single operation and collective operation. Generally large batches of workpieces can be properly reduced by 2% to 5% of the man-hours.

(6) For the fixed-type batch production with pipeline operation, the man-hours can be estimated according to the degree of division. According to the degree of complication of each process, working hours are estimated. Finally, a special temporary consumption of 5% to 8% of compensation time is added, which is the total amount of work required for a batch of products.
