LunaR Hybrid Watch: Two months in the sun for half an hour

Today, hybrid design seems to be a very popular concept, whether it is a car, a watch or other products. The LunaR we are introducing today is a hybrid smartwatch that looks just like a traditional watch but powered by solar energy. Currently, this watch is raising funds on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter.

It is understood that LunaR has "the world's first invisible solar cell dial", which is mainly due to the cooperation of the research and development team and solar technology company Sunpartners. The R&D team hopes to integrate the nostalgic charm of the classic watch with all the outstanding technology of the 21st century smart watch in LunaR to meet the individual needs of the user.

LunaR smart watches can track the user's movement and sleep, and very cleverly show the user's daily activity goals. At the same time, the user can also set when the LunaR smart watch reminds you to walk or go out to the sun.

As a solar watch, LunaR can be charged after an hour of exposure to sunlight. According to the R&D team, this hand can store enough power for the watch to run for 60 days in half an hour. Crucially, if for some reason you can't charge outdoors, LunaR can also use solar panels to use indoor ambient light for charging.

The R&D team provides the companion iOS and Android system applications to the LunaR smart watch. The activity data can be synchronized every 10 seconds. Users can check whether their fitness exercise has reached the goal at any time.

Currently, users can purchase this LunaR smart watch for $269 on Kickstarter. If all goes well, the R&D team is expected to begin shipping in the fourth quarter of this year.

Ferrites are usually non-conductive ferrimagnetic ceramic compounds derived from iron oxides such as hematite (Fe2O3) or magnFerrites are usually non-conductive ferrimagnetic ceramic compounds derived from iron oxides such as hematite (Fe2O3) or magnetite (Fe3O4) as well as oxides of other metals.

Manufacturing process:

1). Dry process:By dry process, can produce isotropic & anisotropic magnets. The tool can be changed and developed easily.

2). Wet process:By wet process, only anisotropic magnets can be produced. It is complicated to change the tool and the tooling charge is much higher.

Magnetization:

1). Isotropic ferrite magnets are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction.

2). Anisotropic ferrite magnets are different, they are all oriented in the manufacturing direction, and should be magnetized in the direction of orientation.
