1 water pipe wire with the slot
Description of the problem: Mr. Huang's new home renovation was started last week, and currently only a small part of the hydropower project. For example, when a worker introduces a wire and a water pipe to a bedroom bathroom, the water pipe and the electric wire are in close proximity in the same slot, which poses a great safety hazard. According to the Supervisor, the water pipe and the wire bushing are in the same groove. If the water pipe leaks or condensation water is generated on the surface of the hot water pipe and is immersed in the wire, the moisture-proof wire is prone to short-circuit and lead to leakage.
Rectification plan: According to the construction specification, when pre-embedding the water pipes and wires, the water pipes and wires should be pre-embedded. If it is limited by space, the water and electricity pipes need to be used as cement mortar girders to prevent the wires from getting wet.

2 hot and cold water pipes together "pillow"
Description of the problem: When the supervising engineer inspected the water pipes embedded in the water heaters by the workers, they found that they also wanted to make the hot and cold water pipes "pillow up" because they did not want to drill more pipes. The two pipes were laid in the same pipe slot. Because the cold and hot water pipes can withstand different temperatures, if the cold water pipes come into contact with hot water pipes with high temperatures, the longevity of the cold water pipes will shorten the life of the cold water pipes and cause the pipes to burst and seep.
Rectification plan: According to the construction specification, when burying hot and cold water pipes, they should be buried separately in different pipe slots, and the distance must be more than 10 cm.
3 not exposed with three wires
Description of the problem: Mr. Huang intends to design a wall in the bedroom and needs to reserve lines for wall sconces. When the supervising engineer inspected the line here, he found that the wire casing was connected horizontally and vertically, and the worker did not use the tee to connect the casing, which resulted in the exposed wires at the joints of the two casings. The cement was then sealed and the casing was not covered. Protected, the surface of the insulation is easily corroded.
Rectification plan: Workers do this by saving the cost of purchasing pipe fittings, but cannot guarantee the owner's future electricity safety. The owner must require workers to use tee fittings at the two casing locations and supervise the rest of the hydropower reform process. Does the worker follow the regulations?
4 unauthorized modification of the sewage pipe
Description of the problem: When remodeling kitchen water and electricity, Mr. Huang asked the worker to set the sink away from the side of the sewage pipe to facilitate future cooking. However, in order to save the pipe, the worker arbitrarily connected the drain pipe of the sink to the floor drain of the balcony. The supervising supervisor pointed out that the floor drain of the balcony is mainly used for rainwater discharge and does not belong to the same drainage system as the domestic sewage discharged from the kitchen sewers. If the private domestic sewage of the kitchen is introduced into the balcony floor drain, the drainage system will be polluted.
Reorganization plan: Workers who have changed the drainage system of the house are not in conformity with the regulations. They must re-lay the drainage pipes of the kitchen sink. Even if the distance is a bit far, they should lead the pipes to the preset sewage pipes.
The three-way street connection is not used at the joint of the bushing, and the exposed wire is easily corroded. The kitchen waste water drains the balcony floor drain and pollutes the drainage system. Water pipes and wires are in the same slot, and the wires are prone to moisture and lead to short circuit leakage. Hot and cold water pipes laid in the same pipe slot will shorten the life of the pipe. In short, these four kinds are very easy to cause endless trouble.
