The Oil Pipe Standards Expert Review Meeting was successfully held in Xi'an from August 30 to September 2, 2011. More than 70 representatives from 35 departments including pipeline project department and oilfield users, production plants, design institutes and research institutes attended the meeting.
At this meeting, the Petroleum Pipe Professional Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Standards Committee") meeting and the China Petroleum Group Enterprise Standards Committee Equipment and Materials Special Committee Petroleum Pipe Sub-Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Sub-Committee") meeting . The Special Standards Committee reviewed 15 draft national standards such as the "oil and gas industry steel drill pipe" and 15 draft industry standards such as "integrated weight drill pipe", and the "oil and gas industry casing and tubing thread connection test procedures" The national standards and seven industry standards such as Drillings were reviewed. The Subcommittee reviewed the draft of the five corporate standards of the Group, including the general technical conditions for pipes for oil and gas pipelines: submerged arc welded pipes for oil and gas transportation, and the hot rolled coils for X80 spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes. The technical standards of the four group companies, including the Technical Conditions, were reviewed.
A total of 27 draft standards were reviewed at the meeting, the largest in history. The expert group conducted a careful and detailed review of each draft standard. Except for one national standard that needs further revision and re-examination, the other standards were unanimously approved. The seven national standards are standards, including important products, methods and terminology standards in the field of petroleum pipelines, with a wide range of impacts. The 15 industry standards include 3 standards and 12 revised standards, reflecting the latest technological level and development needs in the field of oil pipelines. The five corporate standards of the group company include one key product standard in the field of oil well pipe, which is of great significance for ensuring the quality of coiled tubing products. The other four are general technical conditions for pipe materials in the pipe field, and order and guarantee the oil pipe construction engineering pipe of the group company. Engineering quality has important guiding significance.
