1. The gas spring piston rod must be installed in a downward position. It must not be flipped. This can reduce friction and ensure good damping quality and cushioning performance.

2. Decide whether the fulcrum installation position is a guarantee that the gas spring can work correctly. The gas spring must be installed in the correct way, ie when it is closed, let it move through the centerline of the structure. Otherwise, the gas spring will often push the door open automatically.

3. The gas spring should not be subject to tilting force or lateral force during operation. Can not be used for handrails.

4. To ensure the reliability of the seal, do not damage the surface of the piston rod. Do not apply paint and chemical substances to the piston rod. It is also not allowed to spray or paint after the gas spring is installed at the desired position.

5. The gas spring is a high-pressure product and it is forbidden to analyze, fire, and bump it.

6. The gas spring rod must not rotate to the left. If you need to adjust the joint direction, you can only turn to the right.

7. Select the size to be reasonable, the size of the force should be appropriate, the piston rod stroke size to leave 8 mm margin.

8. The use of ambient temperature: -35 °C - +70 °C. (Specific manufacturing 80°C)

9. Install the connection point, should be flexible and can not block the phenomenon.
