1. Drive device: The drive device is driven by three motors and installed on the top of the cage. The pinion meshes with the rack on the rail frame to drive the cage up and down. The drive unit is composed of an electric motor, a coupling, a reducer, a pinion and a drive frame. As shown in FIG:
2. Anti-falling safety device: The construction elevator adopts a progressive safety device and is installed on the safety device plate in the cage. It can limit the speeding of the cage and effectively prevent the cage from falling. When the falling speed of the cage exceeds 51.6 m/min, the anti-falling safety device will immediately move the cage to the rail frame and cut off the power supply, thus ensuring the safety of the occupant and the integrity of the equipment. The braking distance is 0.25 ~ 1.2m.
3, the pulley system: When the height of the elevator is high (generally the height is greater than 100m), the power supply and the mechanical height of the cable are limited, and the intermediate power supply mode is needed to use the pulley system to store the active cable.
The pulley system is divided into: beam, cable pulley, cable retainer, cable conduit, cable guide. The cable duct is to fix the cable in the middle of the elevator; the cable retainer is set to protect the cable. When the elevator is running, the cable is inside the retaining ring to prevent the cable from being entangled with other nearby equipment during operation.
