For special orientation cylinders, they should be directed and cannot be confused. 4.4.4.6 Responsible for the statistics of the customer's rental bottle account and the actual number of days of rent, and inform the marketing manager to collect the gas bottle rent in time. 4.4.4.7 The bottle-holding unit shall collect the cylinder deposit before delivery, otherwise the marketing commissioner confirms the commitment to collect the deposit liability and deliver the goods. 4.4.4.8 Cylinders receiving, sending and depositing accounts are reported to the company sales office every month. 4.4.5 Gas cylinder account management 4.4.5.1 The filling station shall appoint a person to be responsible for the establishment of its own property rights and the management of the cylinder holder account. 4.4.5.2 Consistently number and paint cylinders that are in compliance with safe use, and mark them with a permanent mark (stencil). 4.4.5.3 The caustic soda plant technician is responsible for the uniform input of the cylinder numbering data into the computer, the establishment of own-owned gas cylinders and the managed cylinders account, and dynamic management. 4.4.5.4 The above account shall be confirmed at least once a month. If there is any change, it shall be promptly notified to the Manufacturing Department and submitted by the Manufacturing Department to Jiaxing Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, Sales Office, Manufacturing Department and Company Office (Archive) for each copy.

5 Determination of the number of cylinders to be managed 5.1 The cylinder custody unit refers to the common customers of the company's liquid chlorine. 5.2 The number of cylinder custody shall be the maximum number of planned custody cylinders according to the number of original deliveries/times, and the actual quantity shall be based on the actual number of custody. 5.3 The number of regulated cylinders shall be clearly stated in the escrow agreement with a list of escrowed cylinders and files. 5.4 The original custody agreement shall be filed by the filling station. The copy shall be issued by the sales office, the steel inspection station and the manufacturing office, and shall be submitted to the Jiaxing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

6 Dangerous bottle handling (ownership property and hosting crisis bottle) 6.1 For the gas bottle filled in the company, within three months from the date of filling, the bottle valve could not be opened, etc., and all processing fees will be waived. If you exceed three months, you will be charged as required. 6.2 For overweight bottles and vacuum bottles with residue, notify the marketing staff by the gas filling station and pull it back by the customer. If it is really necessary for the company to deal with, reported to the caustic soda plant safety officer and the company's manufacturing department to confirm the record, fill out the "liquid chlorine crisis repair records", signed by the customer (or customer commissioned marketing staff) to confirm the processing fee. 6.3 In case of dangerous bottles that are not opened due to long periods of idle or corroded bottles, the company's steel inspection station shall report to the manufacturing department for confirmation and record.
