The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Adjusting the on-grid price of power generation enterprises (1) In order to reasonably reflect changes in coal-fired power plant investment, coal price, coal consumption, etc., properly adjust and adjust the on-grid price level of coal-fired units. (5) Agree to increase the on-grid price of No.3 of Guangdong Nanhai Power Plant No.1, Shantou Wanfeng Power Plant and Pingshi Power Plant by 1.5 cents, 1.5 cents and 2 cents per kWh.

6. Further optimize the sales price structure. Agree to reduce the electricity price difference between commercial and non-general industries in Guangdong Province, expand the price comparison between peak and valley, and increase the voltage level difference; the price of commercial and non-general industrial electricity in Guangxi Autonomous Region is merged into general industrial and commercial and other electricity price categories; Guizhou Province narrows business and non- The electricity price difference between general industry and non-residential lighting.
7. The above electricity price adjustment will be implemented from November 20, 2009.
