On July 19-20, 2018, China Machine Tool Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as “Machine Tool Association†or “Associationâ€) held a training meeting for the Secretary-General in Shenyang, from the Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General and related staff of 27 chapters. More than 60 people including the head of the permanent establishment of the Machine Tool Association and the relevant department heads and staff attended the meeting. Regarding the background of the training meeting, Wang Liming said that the Machine Tool Association has completed the decoupling of social organizations in the first half of this year. The relevant work has undergone great changes, and the party building work has been further strengthened. A new party building work system will be formed and all aspects of the association will be worked. More new requirements must be made. In order to standardize the relevant services, in order to facilitate the better work of the association in the future, we specially organized this training event. In recent years, as each club has changed, more fresh blood has joined the association's work and participated in the work of the relevant chapter secretariat. This training is also conducive to strengthening the communication and exchange between the club and the general meeting and the branches.

Jiang Jianming, director of the Finance Department of the Association, gave a detailed introduction to the specific matters concerning financial reimbursement and related requirements related to enterprise charges. With regard to the fees charged by enterprises, the key points and normative requirements of special governance were introduced, and the norms, fees and usage requirements for membership fees were emphasized, and relevant regulations and requirements were shared on matters related to service income of branches.
Zhang Fangli, Director of the Media Department, shared with you how to strengthen the club's propaganda work, introduced the all-media platform sponsored by the association, including newspapers, magazines, the official website of the association and the official WeChat subscription number, etc., and introduced the publicity platform related to CIMT and CCMT exhibitions. Zhang Yanjun, the comprehensive office, introduced relevant matters concerning the regulation of member management and the improvement of branch service capabilities and levels. The management of non-statistical members and the re-election of the councils of the clubs will further enhance the cohesiveness of the clubs and enhance their service capabilities and levels.
Xiao Xiaozhong, director of the Industry Development Department, introduced the work related to the group standards of the association and thoughts on the construction of the industrial Internet platform. In the concluding remarks, Mao Yufeng said that the event was both a training meeting for the Secretary-General and a business exchange meeting.
