When IKO bearing temperature rises, first determine whether the malfunction, if indeed increase, should do the following processing:
1. Check the cooling water pressure, water flow and piping system is normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be clogged, and if it cannot be disposed of in time, it can be shut down. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be used again.
2. The governor oil pressure should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.
3. Check if the bearing has abnormal noise and check if there is any abnormality in the bearing swing.
4. Take the oil sample to observe whether there is a change in the oil color and perform a test to see if it is deteriorating. If it is confirmed to be deteriorating, it is necessary to stop the replacement of the new oil.
5. Check if the oil level is normal. If it is abnormal, check whether the oil drain valve is closed. If it is tightly closed, it should be filled with oil. If the seal gasket is leaking, it should be shut down.
