1 Introduction Vacuum pressure impregnation (abbreviated as VPI) is one of the most advanced insulation processing technologies and has been widely used in foreign high and low voltage motors. Although China's VPI technology started early, progress has been slow. In particular, the development of low-voltage motor VPI insulation technology has been slower. With China's accession to the WTO, the application of domestic glue VPI technology has developed rapidly. Every year, several motor manufacturers have joined the ranks. This puts more and more stringent requirements on the key materials used for the less-gelled VPI insulation. As one of the most critical materials for low-grade VPI insulation, a small amount of VPI-impregnated resin has been the leading epoxy resin system for many years in the country. With the entry of ESOIL from Switzerland into China, 3308 unsaturated polyesterimide is less effective. VPI impregnated resin is displayed in front of people. Its excellent performance, stable storage period and low-temperature fast curing characteristics have prompted people to start developing new type of low-gel VPI impregnating resin.

3.3 The influence of temperature on the gelation time The gelation time is one of the main basis for determining the baking process parameters. It is known that the gelation time of the H9110 impregnated resin changes with temperature. The gelation time of the H9110 impregnated resin increases with the temperature. Significantly shortened, with good gel time temperature characteristics.

The gelation time at 150°C is only 3 minutes, so when baking at high temperature, the loss of resin is small, and the coil has a high amount of paint and insulation. It ensures that the resin content of the high-voltage motor is less than that of the VPI insulation structure, so that it has excellent integrity.

342 Room temperature storage test After the one-year storage of the H9110 impregnated resin at room temperature, the change in the viscosity and gelation time of the No. 4 cup is shown in Table 3.

The results showed that the H9110 impregnated resin had a small change in viscosity and gelation time after being stored at room temperature for one year and had good storage stability. In actual use, it also adopts a method of regularly adding new resin and polymerization inhibitor so that it can be used indefinitely, and it fully meets the basic requirements for VPI impregnated resin.

4 Aging Test of Insulation Structure 4.1 Sample H9110 unsaturated polyesterimide immiscible solvent-free resin and 9547~1 single-faced glass cloth reinforced less mica tape, both of which were developed and produced by Harbin Qingyuan Electric Material Co., Ltd. .

5 Application Harbin Qingyuan Electric Material Co., Ltd. developed and produced H9110 unsaturated polyesterimide immiscible solvent-free impregnating resin and 9547-1 single-sided glass cloth reinforced less plastic powder mica tape (binder resin is H9110 unsaturated polyester The application test of imine-free solvent-impregnated resin lacquer with the new main insulation structure was completed by Beijing Bijie Electric Co., Ltd., Jinan Power Generation Equipment Factory and Nanjing Steam Turbine Electric Motor Group Co., Ltd. respectively.

The application test results show that the electrical performance of H9110 impregnating resin and the test coils of 9547- Table 5 have a good breakdown voltage kV 1 and the compatibility of the mica tapes with good quality is good. The main insulation obtained has a comparative (25CkW, 6kV) and two Taiwan Y4501- good electrical insulation properties. The Y3557-6 made of the paint passed the factory quality inspection, and all the indicators were qualified.

5.2 Application Tests for Jinan Power Generation Plant The application tests of Jinan Power Generation Plant are shown in Table 6 and Table 7. It can be seen that the normal tan5 and VtanD have reached the level of excellent products per 0.2UnVtanD.

The breakdown voltage of the clutch coil is 1 50133-1999. The medium-sized high-voltage motor requires less gluing quality of the dip coil. The 6kV coil has an instantaneous breakdown voltage value of 42kV, so it can reach the level of superior products and first-class products.

Jinan Power Plant has a small plastic VPI insulation system. The thickness of the main insulation of the 6kV motor is 1.7mm. The thickness of the main insulation of the 1tkV motor is 2.7mm, which is 20% thinner than the main insulation of the multiple rubber molding structure with the same voltage class. In the case of constant power, the motor size can be reduced and raw materials can be saved; under the same volume, the efficiency can be increased and the production cost can be reduced. At the same time, the thermal conductivity of the stator is increased, thereby reducing the operating temperature rise and weakening. The degree of insulation aging, thereby increasing the operating life of the motor. So far, using H9110 impregnating resin and 9447-1 less mica tape, a total of more than 200 sets of 6kV and 10kV motors have been produced, all of which meet the JB/T 7593-94 standard. Compared with the use of foreign insulation structures, savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
