A graphene "three-proof" coating technology for preventing high temperature, high humidity, salt spray corrosion and mold resistance has been successfully developed in the Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone. The technology can be applied to ship gas turbines, high-altitude components protection of aerospace engines, ship salt spray prevention and marine biological corrosion, etc., which fills the gap in the application of high-temperature coating technology in heavy salt fog areas in China.

This "three-proof" coating technology was independently developed by Yuanke Qinhuangdao Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. using graphene materials. It was tested on high-temperature parts in the heavy salt and fog areas of the South China Sea and the East China Sea. It passed the 6000-hour continuous work verification. The original substrate increased the service life by more than three times without changing the properties. Approved by the national authority, the product can fully meet the application of 1500 hours of engine hot parts under high temperature conditions, and solves the technical problems in this field in China.
