How to properly install the detector?

I. Door magnetic detector installation requirements:

1. The door magnetic detector is installed on the door frame of the door or window that you need to control, that is, the door magnetic detector (main part, accessory) is fixed on the frame of the door and window.

2. The false alarm rate has a great relationship with the installation location. The recommended installation location should be a gap of ≤ 2mm between the main part and the subsidiary part.

2. Wireless infrared detector installation requirements:

Infrared sensors can only be installed indoors. The false alarm rate is greatly related to the installation location. The correct installation location should be 2.0-2.2 meters from the ground; away from air-conditioning, refrigerators, stoves and other sensitive air temperature changes.

1. The outer probe should be installed in the corner of the room to obtain the best detection range. There should be no screen, furniture, large bonsai or other partitions within the detection range.

2. The external probe should be at a certain angle with the indoor walking line. The infrared probe is the least sensitive to the radial movement response, and the most sensitive to the tangential movement (that is, the direction perpendicular to the radius). Selecting an appropriate installation location on site is an extremely important step in avoiding false alarms for infrared sensors and obtaining the best detection sensitivity.

Three. Household gas leak wireless alarm installation requirements:

1, installation and use:

1) Determine the specific gravity of combustible gas and air, and then install the alarm in a suitable location within 1.5M from the gas source radius: A. Gas: lighter than air, floating at high altitude; B. Natural gas: lighter than air, Floating in high places; C. Liquefied petroleum gas: heavier than air, deposited in a low place;

2) After the power is turned on, the alarm sounds, and the power light is always on. The function light flashes green and turns off after about 2 minutes, indicating that it has entered the alert state. 3) If the sensor is faulty, the alarm will sound a long beep and the function light will turn yellow. After the fault is removed, the alarm will automatically enter the alert state.

2. Implications:

1) Do not install outdoors;

2) Do not install in places where the air flow, ventilation fan, door, etc. have large airflow;

3) Do not install in a place where the temperature exceeds 10~50°C or is relatively humid;

4) Do not install where there are objects to isolate the alarm from the gas equipment;

5) Avoid using a large amount of solid spray glue, insecticides, paint binders, diluted alcohol, etc. near the alarm;

6) If the alarm malfunctions, do not disassemble and repair it yourself, notify the supplier or the nearest agency.

Four. Wireless smoke alarm installation requirements:

1, installation and use:

● Select the surveillance area and place the alarm on the roof or ceiling of the surveillance area.

2. Note:

● Do not install outdoors;

● Do not install in places where the air flow, ventilation fan, door, etc., have large airflow;

● Do not install in a place where the temperature exceeds 10~50°C or is relatively humid;

● The alarm installation position must be more than 0.75 meters away from the corner;

● must be dust-proof, moisture-proof;

3, maintenance:

● Due to dust and other factors that may cause the alarm sensitivity to degrade, frequent testing and maintenance must be performed:

● Test the alarm once a week, press the test button;

● Clean the alarm once every six months: Turn off the power and clean the dust with a soft brush.

Bonded Ndfeb Magnets are prepared by melt spinning a thin ribbon of the NdFeB alloy. The ribbon contains randomly oriented Nd2Fe14B nano-scale grains. This ribbon is then pulverized into particles, mixed with a polymer, and either compression- or injection-molded into bonded magnets. Bonded magnets offer less flux intensity than sintered magnets, but can be net-shape formed into intricately shaped parts, as is typical with Halbach arrays or arcs, trapezoids and other shapes and assemblies (e.g. Pot Magnets, Separator Grids, etc.). There are approximately  5,500 tons of Neo bonded magnets produced each year. In addition, it is possible to hot-press the melt spun nanocrystalline particles into fully dense isotropic magnets, and then upset-forge or back-extrude these into high-energy anisotropic magnets.

Bonded magnets can be made from either hard ferrite materials or rare earth magnetic powder. They are manufactured using both injection molding and compression bonding techniques which are fully automated and are particularly suitable for high volume production.

These products are primarily motors and sensors used in a range of products, including computer and office equipment (e.g., hard disk drives and optical disk drive motors and fax, copier and printer stepper motors), consumer electronics (e.g., personal video recorders and mp3 music players), automotive and industrial applications (e.g., instrument panel motors, seat motors andair bag sensors) and home ventilation systems (e.g., ceiling fans).
