E2004, the board is out of control;
E3, reverse:
E3001, the same as above 3, 4 phenomenon;
E3002, the problem with the motor, you can change the motor.
E4, not shredded paper:
E4001, light control out of control or light control tube off position
E4002, no power supply (no indicator)
E4003, PCB board is out of control or the terminals and switches on the PCB are not in good contact.
E4004, motor turn, do not shred paper, jam due to improper operation, open the reverse gear position to reverse multiple times, use tools to clean paper scraps and debris; then power on, make it idling clean paper Chips; In addition, the helical gears are geared, the head is removed, and the accessories are replaced (see the accessory table);
E4005, the motor has a strange sound, the accessories are damaged, the gear or other objects inside hinder the gear or other, remove the starter head, replace the accessories (see the accessories table);
E4006, the motor does not forward heat, the motor is equipped with over-temperature protection device. When the machine runs for a long time, when the temperature is high, it will automatically resume operation when it is automatically cooled off to room temperature.
E4007, the motor does not rotate and there is no abnormality, check the circuit board;
E4008, the motor fan shaft does not rotate, the motor shaft is broken, and the motor is replaced.
E5, a large amount of paper on the nose
E5001. Improper operation during use. When shredding paper, put the paper into the paper inlet in parallel and clean the paper dust in the lower box. Otherwise, the paper dust will block the machine head and cause a lot of paper jam.
E5002, due to movement of the movement or improper installation of the tool, the paper is jammed and returned to the factory.
E6, the new machine out of the box has a strange metal touch plastic noise
E6001, long-distance transportation or man-made collision caused the internal movement of the movement, open the machine head inspection, most of the metal plates that block the paper scraps hit the knife set, and use the tool to slightly correct the lower angle;
E6002, other problems are returned to the factory.
E7, problems after using the machine for a period of time
E7001, the amount of shredded paper is reduced. (normal phenomenon)
There is a slight paper jam in the E700101 tool set, which needs to be cleaned;
E700102 long-time shredder motor power consumption is too large, the amount of shredded paper is reduced normally (or related to the current voltage);
E700103 capacitor discharge is normal, the capacitor can be replaced with the same parameters (general product);
The normal amount of shredded paper of E700104 should be no more than the standard amount of shredded paper, which can extend the life of the machine.
E7002, loud noise.
Whether the E700201 anti-vibration glue exists;
Oil lubrication on the E700202 cutter shaft or gear;
E700203 This phenomenon is a normal phenomenon of aging;
E700204 internal metal friction sound (plus shredder special oil package);
E700205 gear center distance or motor and helical teeth are issued during operation (replace gear or refuel on helical gear);
E700206 movement is poorly assembled against plastic cover (reassembly)
E7003, granular strips / segments
E700301 adjust the spiral knife, or change the knife;
E700302 cutter shaft pinion inner hole slips or gears (replaces the cutter shaft pinion);
There are vacancies on both sides of the E700303 cutter shaft (normal);
Other models of E700304 belong to the knife-knife structure, the plastic scraping knife is broken (now changed to metal scraping knife), and returned to the factory;
E700305 Excessive shredded paper or damp paper (reducing the number of shredded paper or disabling wet paper);
The E700306 knife-structured machine occasionally has a small number of small segments, which is normal.
