Edelman International PR (China) Co., Ltd. recently released the 2013 Edelman Trust China Survey Report, which shows that Chinese companies have a trust rate of only 19% in developed countries and 58% in developing countries. The local trust is the highest, at 79%.

According to reports, the 2013 survey report will be divided into five different categories: interactive participation, integrity, products and services, intentions and company operations, and conducted in-depth analysis. The results show that the way to build and maintain trust between business and stakeholders has changed dramatically. The share of operational-related factors in the composition of trust fell from 76% in 2008 to 39% in 2013. Responsible to employees, listen to consumers, ethical and transparent business practices, and prioritize customer benefits before corporate profits are valued by respondents at an important position above operations.

“To gain trust and be a leader in the market, companies should focus not only on what the company does, but on how the company does it.” David Edelman Asia Pacific President and CEO Brain said, “Now, innovative products, services and strong business operations capabilities are considered essential elements of a business. At the same time, interactive engagement and integrity are the new key to building trust.”

A new understanding of trust has an impact on Chinese companies: it provides a reference for Chinese companies to participate in global markets. Chinese companies need to actively respond to global market expectations, while adjusting their global strategies accordingly.

Steel poles are commonly used to carry several types of electric power lines, distribution lines and lighting system.  Distribution lines carry power from local substations to customers. They generally carry voltages from 4.6 to 33kV for distances up to 30 miles, and include transformers to step the voltage down from the primary voltage to the lower secondary voltage used by the customer. A service drop carries this lower voltage to the customer's premises.
