1. Project introduction

The total construction area of ​​Xicheng City is 300,000 m2, which is composed of 12 30-32-storey high-rise residences and 1 3-storey 12-class kindergarten. There are a total of 1,591 residential houses, 2,100 parking spaces, and a car-to-home ratio of 1.3:1. The project plans about 40,000 square meters of commercial, integrating high-end department stores, boutique supermarkets, five-star cinemas, brand-name stores, specialty restaurants, entertainment and leisure, and strives to create a new shopping mall in Pinghu, opening a one-stop urban lifestyle experience.

It is extremely important to build a comprehensive leakage fire monitoring system to improve the safety of all households in the prevention of leakage fires. The system mainly predicts and monitors 12 electric high-rise residential buildings and underground power distribution box circuits in Xi'an City due to leakage and fire caused by electric leakage, accurately monitors the faults and abnormal conditions of electrical lines, and finds fire hazards of electrical fires. People to eliminate these hidden dangers. Help the property save labor costs and improve work efficiency.

2. Design basis for leakage fire monitoring system

This system complies with the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB14287.1-2005 "Electrical Fire Monitoring System Part 1: Electrical Fire Monitoring Equipment". In addition, the "Fire Protection Code for High-rise Civil Buildings" GB50045-1995 (revised in 2005) 9.5.1 stipulates that the fire alarm system should be installed in high-rise buildings with high fire risk and dense personnel; "Code for Fire Protection of Building Design" GB50016-2006 Among the 11.2.7 shops, theaters, cinemas, stadiums and other crowded places, it is advisable to set up a leakage fire alarm system.

3. Design, installation and wiring design of the monitoring system

The electrical fire monitoring equipment and the alarm signal of the system shall be located in the fire control room or on the place where someone is on duty. The main unit "target=_blank> machine power should be taken from the fire power supply (AC220V) of the control center. Each monitoring detector uses on-site power supply, and the power access point should be at the upper end of the circuit breaker.

1) Installation design of the internal form of the power distribution cabinet

This project is a new project. All monitoring detectors are installed in the distribution box on the floor. They are installed in the panel of the power distribution cabinet by embedded installation. Staff can view the leakage and temperature information of each circuit through the panel button. The residual current transformer is installed on the A, B, C three-phase power line and the N line. The PE line must not pass through the transformer and be firmly fixed. The connection between the detector and the transformer should be shielded. The temperature sensor is A thermistor NTC can provide a temperature reference of -10-120 ° C, and the thermistor can be connected to the leakage fire monitoring detector through a wire.

2) Installation design of the entire leakage fire monitoring system

The project monitors a total of 245 power circuits. According to the relevant provisions of the “Building Electrical Fire Prevention Requirements and Test Methods”, “To prevent electrical equipment and line leakage fires, the power supply line should be set to automatically cut off the power or alarm. Current action protector". Therefore, in this project, 245 ARCM300-J1 and 245 residual current transformers AKH-0.66L for leakage fire detectors are installed at the incoming line of each distribution box, and Acrel-6000/Q is built in the control room. Each leakage monitoring detector on the site has a 485 communication interface. All the detectors in the field must be connected in series by hand through the shielded twisted pair. When connecting, it should be noted that the number of 485 bus connections is not more than 32, and It is appropriate to be around 20. The modules in the distribution box are connected to the nearest collection box through 29 485 buses. The collection box is converted into an optical signal by the light cat and uploaded to the Acrel6000 piano desktop. The leakage and temperature information of each place is monitored centrally, which is convenient for the staff to carry out unified management.

4, system software interface

This set of PC software Acrel-6000 electrical fire system. Mainly has the following features: friendly human-machine interface, real-time and timed collection of residual current data and temperature of field devices, and alarm prompt sound and light alarm and other functions. The customer can set the alarm temperature value and leakage current value according to actual needs. When the alarm fault is released, the alarm can be reset remotely. The system can record alarm events, dates, alarm values, and crossing values, and generate reports.

The on-site leakage fire monitoring detector uploads the collected data to this interface, and the user can modify the rights of the circuit name, monitoring location, and monitoring area as needed. When the measured value of the residual current is greater than the alarm setting, the system alarm status indicator will flash automatically, and the color of the alarm unit in the corresponding interface changes, which is convenient for the operation personnel to check and handle the alarm.
