These degradable plastics can also be used to produce a wide range of disposable products, including packaging bags, garbage bags, food packaging containers, and plastic foams.
In existing plastic manufacturing processes, a photodegradable plastic product can be produced by adding approximately 10% of the masterbatch created through this technology. This makes it easy to integrate into current production lines without significant modifications.
The key features of this product include the addition of rare earth elements to the brake pad components and the use of a multi-element rare earth process to treat steel fibers. These innovations make the product unique compared to similar products manufactured both domestically and internationally. Regarding fastener standards, all hex head bolts, hex nuts, and hexagon socket head cap screws must meet performance grade requirements. This year, the National Fastener Standardization Technical Committee re-registered and confirmed the identification marks of fastener manufacturers.
