Patrol system installation and operation method

Operation method:

1 Pipeline embedded

2. The installation
box board and frame of the distribution box shall be closely matched with the surface of the building. The cabinet installed in the ground reserved hole should enable the floor cover to be tightly covered and opened. It is forbidden to use electric welding or gas welding to weld the box with the embedded nozzle.

When installing a wall mounted splitter box, locate the level and drill it, and bury the expander bolt to fix it. It is required that the box backplane should be flush with the wall surface. When the design requirements of the height are required, the design requirements shall prevail. When there is no design requirement, the installation height should be 1.4m from the ground at the bottom edge.

3. Cable laying The cable should be arranged neatly, not twisted, minimize crossover, thick lines at the intersection, thin lines on the top.
When multiple cables are inserted into the pipe, the cables must not be twisted with each other. There must be no connectors in the pipes. The connectors must be connected at the line box (box).
Between the cable outlet terminal and the device connection terminal, a metal hose must be used to connect the hose. The length of the hose must not exceed 1m, and the cable must not be exposed directly.
Both ends of the cable to be laid must be marked. The shielding layer of the shielded cable must be reliably grounded at one end.

4. Terminal equipment installation
Before installation, check the position and number of patrol points according to the drawings and read the ID number of the patrol point.
The installation height of the patrol point shall meet the requirements of the design or product specification. If no special instructions are given, the installation height is generally 1.4m. For off-line systems, the patrol point should be installed on the patrol bar for easy reading.
For off-line patrols, steel nails, glues, or buried directly in the cement wall (inductive patrol points) can be used for installation. The buried depth should be less than 5cm. The installation of the patrol points should be the same as the surface of the installation site. parallel. The reading distance of the induction patrol point is generally between 10-25cm, as long as the patrol can be approached.
While installing the patrol point, the installation site corresponding to each patrol point should be recorded. All installation points should correspond to the patrol point settings of the system management host.

5. Equipment room installation
The equipment should be inspected before installation. The external dimensions of the equipment, the type and specification of the main board and wiring port in the equipment meet the design requirements, and spare parts are complete.
Connect the patrol system host, computer, UPS, printer, charging stand and other devices according to the drawings, as shown in Figure 3.2.5-1 Security Center Equipment Connection Diagram.
Equipment installation should be firm and tight, and fasteners should be treated with rust prevention.
The installed equipment should be grounded according to the drawings or product specifications, and the grounding resistance should meet the design requirements.
The computer hardware configuration for installing the system software should not be less than the software requirements for the computer hardware.
The computer operating system on which the system software is installed should meet the requirements of the system software.
Follow the software installation instructions and help to install the software.

6. System commissioning and running Patrol system management software for initial setup.
According to the drawings, the patrol point is read to confirm that the patrol bar is normal and valid.
The patrol system host tests the data read by the patrol bar, data query, modification, printing, and deletion, and debugs the system software.
