Proper maintenance and care for the exhaust fan of an efficient coating machine are essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity. One key component is the flat bag filter, which should be regularly inspected for signs of wear or damage. If any issues are detected, the filter bags must be repaired or replaced promptly. In addition, it's important to clean the filter according to the operating conditions. If airflow remains insufficient after cleaning the vibrating motor, the cloth bags should be thoroughly cleaned as well. When performing maintenance, simply loosen the four strong nuts securing the filter unit and pull it out. Upon reinstallation, make sure to check the seal between the filter components and the fan casing, using appropriate sealing gaskets to prevent air leaks. After six months of operation, remove the cover of the vibrating dusting motor, apply grease to the eccentric bushing bearing, and inspect the rubber sealing film for damage. Replace it if necessary. If the fan experiences abnormal shutdowns, irregular running, or other issues, immediate attention is required. Any minor faults discovered during inspection should be diagnosed and resolved quickly. If a fault cannot be fixed, professional repair is recommended. Always replace the lubricant after each inspection. Before starting the fan again, verify that all components are functioning correctly, and only resume full operation once everything is confirmed to be in good working order. Maintaining the stepless speed changer of a high-efficiency coating machine’s peristaltic pump is equally important. First, ensure that the speed changer and reducer are filled with the correct type of lubricating oil as specified by the manufacturer. The ambient temperature around the speed changer should not exceed 40°C, and the surface temperature of the lubricating oil must remain below 80°C. The speed changer should always be adjusted while the system is running; otherwise, it may cause internal damage. When the device leaves the factory, the speed limit screw is already set to its maximum position and should not be altered without proper guidance, as this could lead to mechanical failure. It is also advisable not to keep the speed changer at a fixed speed for extended periods, as this can reduce its efficiency and lifespan. If the motor is replaced, the original motor flange with an oil seal must be retained to prevent lubricant from seeping into the motor. Finally, ensure that the lubricants used in the continuously variable transmission are changed regularly to maintain smooth and reliable operation.
