Please read this instruction carefully before operating the unit to avoid malfunctions or damage:
1. Controller Operation: When the temperature is high and cooling is needed, press the "Cooling" button directly. The system will enter a one-minute delay before starting the cooling process. This is normal and ensures safe operation.
2. Bottom Basin Cleaning: The unit has a "Cleaning" button for draining and refilling the bottom basin. It is essential to clean the basin daily to maintain fresh and clean air output.
3. Cooling Medium & Water Supply: The Correlai energy-saving air conditioner uses water as its cooling medium. Ensure the water source remains open with a pressure of at least 1.5 kg per square meter. If no cooling effect is observed, check for water shortages. If the water is low, the indicator light will activate. Check if the faucet is closed, water pressure is sufficient, and whether the inlet valve, water pump, or water level sensor is damaged.
4. Send Air Function: During cold weather (winter) or when humidity is high (spring, rainy days), press the "Send Air" button to bring in fresh air directly into the room.
5. Evaporator Maintenance: After six months of use, the evaporator should be cleaned. Be careful not to use excessive water pressure during cleaning to avoid damaging the internal components.
6. Stopping the Unit: To stop the unit, simply press the "Stop" button.
7. Winter Storage: When the unit is not used for an extended period in winter, close the tap water and press the "Cleaning" button to drain all water. This prevents freezing and mosquito breeding.
Inspection and Maintenance:
1. Conduct regular inspections based on equipment usage and customer needs to ensure smooth operation.
2. For optimal performance, use the unit under the following conditions:
- a) Ambient temperature: 18°C – 45°C
- b) Relative humidity: ≤ 85%
- c) Atmospheric pressure: 86 kPa – 106 kPa
- d) Water supply must be softened, with a temperature ≤ 45°C and pressure between 0.15–0.6 MPa
- e) Voltage deviation should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage
- f) Air quality should meet GB 3096 Level 3 or higher
- g) Non-corrosive environment
3. Flammable Warning: This product is flammable. Avoid any fire sources during transportation, installation, or operation.
4. Pipe Connection Check: Before using the unit, make sure the inlet and drain pipes are properly connected. Improper connections may cause leaks and damage to other equipment.
5. Airflow Requirement: For best performance, ensure there are enough open windows or doors. If airflow is insufficient, use blinds or install additional ventilation systems.
6. Do Not Disassemble During Operation: Do not remove parts like the evaporator or top cover while the unit is running. Always turn off the power before performing maintenance to prevent damage or injury.
7. Motor Inspection: Check the motor condition during installation. Never use fuses or wires with incorrect ratings.
8. Filter Recommendation: In areas with high air pollution, consider installing a filter to improve air quality and efficiency.
9. Professional Guidance: For environments with strict humidity and temperature requirements, consult a professional for proper setup and operation.
10. Abnormalities: If you notice any issues with the unit, contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer immediately for assistance.
Preventive Maintenance:
1. Pre-Season Check: Before the start of each season, inspect the unit's perimeter and air intake for any obstructions.
2. Daily Cleaning: Clean the chassis daily by pressing the "Cleaning" button to change the water and prevent bacterial growth and odors.
3. Cycle Maintenance: After 1–2 months of use, clean the unit if the curtain is wet, the filter is clogged, or the unit is too dirty. Timely cleaning prevents malfunctions and maintains performance.
4. End-of-Season Care: At the end of the season, close the tap water, press the "Cleaning" button to drain the unit, and turn off the power to prevent freezing and pests.
5. Deep Cleaning: If the unit runs continuously, it should be thoroughly cleaned every 1–2 months. Refer to the user manual for detailed disassembly and cleaning instructions.
