(Top wind, bottom air installation technical requirements)
For energy-efficient and environmentally friendly air conditioning systems with a bottom air outlet, the following installation guidelines must be strictly followed:
1. A 40*40*4 angle iron frame should be used to connect the unit to the wall or window panel using bolts for secure attachment.
2. All gaps between the duct and the structure should be sealed with a combination of glass glue and cement mortar to ensure an airtight and weatherproof seal.
3. The cross-sectional area of the air supply duct must not be less than 0.45 square meters to maintain proper airflow and system efficiency.
4. The triangular brackets used for mounting must be welded securely and installed firmly to support the weight of the unit and prevent any movement during operation.
5. The mounting bracket and the main unit must be perfectly level to avoid vibration and ensure even distribution of airflow.
6. Any part of the duct that is exposed on the exterior wall must be properly waterproofed to prevent water infiltration and damage to the building structure.
For energy-saving and environmentally friendly air conditioners with a top air outlet, the following additional steps are required:
7. A shock-absorbing pad should be placed between the base of the main unit and the mounting bracket to reduce noise and vibrations.
8. The zinc-iron tile shed or supporting structure must be strong enough to bear the full weight of the environmentally friendly air conditioning unit.
9. The size of the roof opening or window opening should not exceed 20 mm larger than the duct size, otherwise it may compromise the waterproofing and structural integrity.
10. When installing in different locations, there must be sufficient space for air intake and maintenance access to ensure long-term performance and ease of service.
11. The cross-sectional area of the duct entering the wall or window should be determined based on the installation location but must not be smaller than 0.45 square meters to maintain optimal airflow.
12. The remote control receiver box's communication line should be introduced into the room through the air outlet pipe. A 22 mm hole must be drilled in the duct and the receiver should be mounted in a position where it can easily receive the remote control signal.
